fantastic room and attention to detail!
clean room high standard fresh milk honesty basis
the room was very clean and the en-suite was to a high standard. i appreciated the choice of tea and coffee. fresh milk was placed in the fridge daily. there was a fridge stocked with soft and alcoholic beverages, and i used it once. this operated on an honesty basis, a system i found very trustworthy.
The bar service was not great one lunchtime. The lady was reluctant to acknowledge or serve me, quite uncomfortable.

perfect location friendly staff comfortable room
the location was great for visiting kew gardens (easy to get to from here). the staff were friendly and helpful. our room, a superior double room, was nice and neat. i would stay here again without hesitation.
The breakfast service was slow one morning. I waited quite a while for someone to take my order (but it was eventually resolved).

helpful staff excellent breakfast great location
The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions. breakfast was great. Two professional chefs in our party confirmed its quality. i loved how close the hotel was to the station and the town center, perfect for exploring.
the wifi network showed as unsecured, it was a concern.
